This is not your high school civics book. It explains the U.S. Constitution with pop culture references such as the Mario Bros. and compares the Constitution to computer operating systems (O.S.) to explain how our government works. For example, Joint Congressional Committees are like Plug-ins such as Flash (c). They aren't necessary to run the basic programs, but they certainly can make things run more smoothly.
