This is the fourth book in the Princess Katie Series. In this story, Princess Katie is diagnosed with celiac disease and can't eat gluten. She is sad that she can't eat regular desserts anymore, so she decides to start her own gluten-free bakery! But baking is harder than Katie thought. She gets frustrated and wonders if she should quit. This book is about working hard and not giving up even when things get tough. It also contains great gluten-free recipes. This book is appropriate for ages 3 and up. The recipe section at the back of the book is for adults. The story takes about 5 minutes for an adult to read. This book was written and illustrated by 9-year-old Katie Scarlett Pryor who has celiac disease.
