In the peachy town of Fort Valley, "Lightning" Frankie Lee is known for his fast pitching and love of baseball. When the County Classic arrives, excitement fills the air, but so does uncertainty. The opposing team brings Thunder Arm, a powerful hitter whose swings shake the stands and leave even experienced players feeling uneasy.
